At LOFIMECH, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to LOFIMECH

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
